With nearly 30 years of experience, he represents clients in some of Brazil’s most complex disputes involving patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright, personality rights, advertising, privacy, and the protection of intangible assets before Brazilian courts.
He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London and has built his entire professional career at Gusmão & Labrunie, where he joined the firm in 1997. His practice combines extensive litigation experience, deep technical knowledge of Intellectual Property law, and a strategic understanding of the commercial implications of disputes involving intellectual property rights.
