Luiza Gibran de Oliveira is an Attorney in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice at Gusmão & Labrunie. She holds an LL.B. from the University of São Paulo (USP) School of Law and completed an academic exchange program at Sciences Po Paris.

Her practice focuses on strategic litigation involving a broad range of Intellectual Property matters, with experience in complex disputes and specialized legal issues. In addition to her litigation practice, Luiza also advises clients on regulatory matters related to the authorization and implementation of commercial promotions, providing legal support in the structuring and execution of promotional campaigns.

During law school, she co-founded and coordinated the USP Study Group on Intellectual Property Litigation, reflecting her longstanding interest in applied legal research, contemporary Intellectual Property issues, and strategies for the protection and enforcement of intangible assets.
