Gabriela Agostineto Giacon is an Attorney in the Intellectual Property Practice at Gusmão & Labrunie. She holds an LL.B. from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate qualification in Intellectual Property and Innovation Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). She has been practicing Intellectual Property law since 2019, bringing prior experience in civil and commercial litigation as well as contract law, which provides her with a practical and strategic perspective in advising clients.

At Gusmão & Labrunie, Gabriela focuses on advisory work, administrative proceedings, and legal marketing, with particular emphasis on trademarks, software, copyright, and unfair competition.
