Camila Tormin is a Partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice at Gusmão & Labrunie. She specializes in dispute resolution and holds an LL.B. from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate degree in Intellectual Property and New Technologies from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
With more than ten years of experience in Intellectual Property, Camila has developed a broad litigation practice encompassing judicial and administrative disputes across all areas of Intellectual Property, copyright, and related matters before Brazilian courts. She represents Brazilian and international clients from a wide range of industries, with particular experience in consumer goods, food and beverage, entertainment, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
In addition to traditional litigation, Camila advises clients on advertising law matters, including legal marketing, advertising clearance, campaign risk assessment, and proceedings before CONAR. She also serves as one of the firm’s key practitioners in biodiversity law, advising clients on legal and regulatory matters related to Brazil’s Biodiversity Law.
