Bianca Bissoni is a Biotechnologist in the Patent Practice at Gusmão & Labrunie. She holds a degree in Biotechnology from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and focuses her practice on patents involving biotechnology, biologics, and biosimilars. Her technical and scientific background, combined with experience in Research, Development and Innovation (R&D&I), provides a strong foundation for the analysis of highly complex technologies.

Her practice includes patent prosecution before the Brazilian Patent and Trademark Office (INPI), technical opinions, and the development of strategies for protecting technological assets. Working at the intersection of scientific innovation and Intellectual Property, Bianca is particularly focused on biopharmaceutical technologies. Her experience encompasses industrial biotechnology, molecular biology, and metabolic engineering, complemented by additional training in the development of pharmaceutical products and biologics.
