Gabriela Korkes is an Attorney in the Technology & Innovation and Intellectual Property Practices at Gusmão & Labrunie. She holds an LL.B. from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Digital Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), and has an international academic background through Université Paris Nanterre. Her practice is focused on the legal challenges arising from innovation, technology, and the creative industries.

At Gusmão & Labrunie, Gabriela advises clients in strategic litigation involving trademarks, patents, trade dress, unfair competition, advertising, privacy, artificial intelligence, and legal issues related to the fashion industry. She is also a member of the Fashion Law Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP) and actively contributes to projects and academic initiatives exploring the intersection of Intellectual Property, entertainment, marketing, technology, and data protection.
