Larissa Ackerman is an Attorney in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice at Gusmão & Labrunie. She holds an LL.B. from the Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) and has been with the firm since 2024. Her practice focuses on strategic litigation involving patents, trademarks, industrial designs, copyright, personality rights, as well as matters related to Digital Law and Fashion Law.

Larissa’s academic background reflects a strong commitment to Intellectual Property and innovation. She founded and served as President of UNIFESP’s first Intellectual Property and Digital Law Student Association, where she coordinated lectures, academic activities, and research initiatives. She has also received academic recognition for her research on copyright and plagiarism. Larissa advises Brazilian and international clients across a broad range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, beauty, food and beverages, automotive, oil and gas, chemicals, telecommunications, and gaming.
